STEP 1 – Bulk Quotation
After confirming product details and required quantities, we provide a detailed bulk production quotation.
To initiate bulk manufacturing, the first payment is required upon acceptance of the quotation.
STEP 2 – Pre-Production Approval
Before starting bulk production, any final adjustments related to fit, print colors, sizing, or placement are finalized through a pre-production sample.
If no changes are needed and the bulk production matches the approved sample, this step may be skipped and we proceed directly to manufacturing.
STEP 3 – Bulk Production
Bulk manufacturing includes fabric sourcing and pre-shrinking, pattern grading, cutting, printing, stitching, and washing (if required).
Production timelines vary depending on design complexity and order volume.
STEP 4 – Quality Inspection & Control
Once production is completed, each batch undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards.
After approval, we confirm the final shipment quantity and coordinate logistics for dispatch.
STEP 5 – Packaging & Shipping
All finished products are carefully packed according to your specifications.
After receiving the final payment and shipping charges, we arrange shipment through trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
