Yes, providing a design or tech pack before placing an order is highly recommended. A tech pack helps ensure that all production details such as measurements, materials, stitching methods, colors, logos, and finishing are clearly defined before manufacturing begins. This allows our production team to accurately follow your specifications and maintain consistent quality throughout the order.
If you already have a complete tech pack or design file, you can share it with us and our team will review it before starting sample development. However, if you do not have a tech pack, there is no need to worry. You can simply provide a reference image, rough sketch, or basic design concept, and our experienced team will assist in creating the technical specifications required for production.
This process helps ensure that the final product meets your expectations and reduces the chances of errors during manufacturing.
Yes, we always make every effort to match the exact colors of your existing design or garment as closely as possible. Our production team carefully follows the provided color references, samples, or design files to maintain accuracy. However, in some cases, there may be a slight variation in shade due to differences in fabric materials, dyeing processes, or printing methods. These minor variations are usually minimal and hardly noticeable, and we always aim to achieve the closest possible match to your original color specifications.
We primarily print in CMYK, but we can also work with RGB colors if required, which may slightly increase the unit cost.
No, we do not charge any additional fees for adding custom names, numbers, or sponsor logos when the product is manufactured using sublimation printing. These elements are integrated directly into the design during the printing process. This allows us to maintain consistent quality and customization without increasing the unit cost for your order.
We accept logo and graphic files in PDF, EPS, AI, and CDR formats. Providing files in these formats helps ensure accurate printing, embroidery, and production quality.
