Sampling is a crucial stage in every bulk manufacturing journey. At NEW RIDER INDUSTRIES, our skilled team works closely with you to carefully review your tech pack and ensure every detail is correctly understood before production begins.
With quick turnaround times and expert craftsmanship, we help you refine and visualize your designs at their best—giving you full confidence before moving into mass production.
Quotation
Based on the details you provide, we prepare a clear and detailed cost estimate for your project, including sample pricing and projected bulk production costs.
To begin the process, the sample fee is required after you approve the initial quotation.
Tech Pack Development
Once the sample fee is received, our team collaborates with you to finalize all production specifications.
We review your tech pack in detail, clarify missing elements, and provide practical solutions for any design features that may need adjustments for production.
Sample Creation
Sample development includes fabric sourcing, pattern making, cutting, printing, stitching, and washing (if required).
Production time depends on design complexity. Using our pre-developed pattern library can speed up the process, while custom treatments like special washes may require additional time.
Quality Inspection & Control
After sample completion, our quality team carefully inspects each piece to ensure accuracy, consistency, and production readiness.
Once approved, samples are finished with ironing and professional packaging.
