The following payment terms apply to all orders placed with NEW RIDER INDUSTRIES. By confirming an order with us, the customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions described below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

To support our international clients and business partners, we provide multiple reliable payment channels. Payments can be completed using the following methods:

Wise (International Transfer Service)

SWIFT Bank Wire Transfer

Western Union

MoneyGram

Payment instructions and details will be provided to the client once the order confirmation process is completed.

2. International Payment Convenience

NEW RIDER INDUSTRIES works with customers from different countries and offers payment solutions that simplify international transactions.

Our business partners can send payments using globally recognized platforms such as PayPal, Wise, or international bank transfers. These services allow clients to transfer funds from their local bank accounts in their preferred currency, making the process simple and efficient — similar to paying a domestic supplier.

Example

For example, a customer located in the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, or Japan can transfer payment through their local bank or Wise account. The payment is then securely transferred to our international receiving account without complicated international payment procedures.

3. Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD). If another currency is agreed upon between both parties, it will be clearly mentioned in the invoice.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

The standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) for bulk production is 100 pieces per design and color.

Single-piece orders are not available; however, customers may request a sample unit before starting bulk production.

5. Pricing and Quotations

Prices may vary depending on raw material costs and market conditions. However, any official quotation issued by NEW RIDER INDUSTRIES will remain valid for 30 days from the date it is provided.

6. Sample Development & Approval

Before bulk production begins, a sample will be developed for the customer’s evaluation and approval.

Production will only proceed after the client confirms that the sample meets the required design, quality, and specifications.

Please note that sample development requires an advance payment, which is non-refundable.

7. Sample Cost Policy

Sample development generally costs more than bulk production because it involves individual setup and preparation.

Example:
If the bulk price of a product is $10, the sample cost may be $20.

If the customer proceeds with a confirmed bulk order, 50% of the sample charges will be adjusted in the final order value.

If no bulk order is placed, the sample payment will remain non-refundable.

8. Production Payment Structure

To begin manufacturing, the following payment schedule applies:

65% advance payment before production starts

35% remaining balance after production is completed but before shipment

Special payment arrangements may be discussed with long-term business partners.

9. Payment Deadline

Invoices issued by NEW RIDER INDUSTRIES must be settled within 10 days of the invoice date.

Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in delays in production or shipment.

10. Late Payments

Delayed payments may affect the manufacturing schedule and delivery timeline. Timely payment ensures efficient order processing and shipment.

11. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within three days of order confirmation without penalty.

If production has already started, cancellation may result in additional charges depending on the stage of manufacturing.

12. Shipping Terms

Shipping charges are not included in product prices and will be calculated separately.

Delivery costs depend on:

Destination country

Shipment size and weight

Current courier or freight rates

Shipping rates may change periodically due to logistics adjustments.

13. Delivery & Shipment

NEW RIDER INDUSTRIES cooperates with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of all orders.

Customers with specific shipping instructions should notify us in advance so that suitable arrangements can be made.

14. Import Duties & Taxes

Product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or government charges unless otherwise specified.

Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties required by their local customs authorities.

15. Credit Policy

NEW RIDER INDUSTRIES operates on a prepayment basis and does not offer credit sales.

Production will begin only after the required advance payment is received.

16. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if products arrive damaged or defective.

Customers may request a replacement or refund according to our return policy.
